Dr. Steven Rassi

Dr. Steven Rassi grew up in Fort Myers, Florida, and was first drawn to dentistry when he was a child.

His mother was a dental assistant, so he spent much of his childhood in dental offices. He was fascinated by science and knew he had a future in the healthcare industry. As a doctor, he enjoys dentistry because of how effortlessly it intertwines “science and artistry to make major impacts on his patient’s lives.”

As a graduate of SUNY University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Rassi joined the U.S. Navy under the Health Professions Scholarship Program. He served for 5 years on active duty and completed a residency at the Branch Dental Clinic in Norfolk, VA. He was also a part of Humanitarian Deployment with Continuing Promise from February-April 2018 in Honduras and Guatemala. He is CEREC certified, and has volunteered at Park Place Dental Clinic in Norfolk. Dr. Rassi is currently a Navy Reserve Officer.

Dr. Rassi is easy-going and in his spare time, you can find him running, going to the movies or live theatre and learning more about naval history. His husband, Gary, is a Radiology Technologist and they have a corgi named Rocco.

He then went on to attend University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine for his DMD before joining the Navy. In his time in the Navy he was stationed at Parris Island, USS Eisenhower, and the Naval Medical Center of Portsmouth. Dr. Rurak enjoys dentistry the most because he loves to help patients go from a place of discomfort or pain to a healthy, new smile. He loves seeing a patient from start to finish and brightening their day. “There is an immediate satisfaction” with many procedures that he enjoys sharing with his patients. Before attending dental school, Dr. Rurak volunteered as a dental assistant in an inner-city free clinic in Lawrence, MA. Our Staff

Priscilla Hansen

Regional Manager
Priscilla Hansen joined Morrison Dental Group in 2013 as an office coordinator after spending 10 years working in Human Resources. She was born in Panama to military parents and grew up in rural Pennsylvania.
She moved to Williamsburg in 2012 due to her husband being stationed at Ft. Eustis. After spending four years as an office coordinator, she became a Regional Manager for our south side offices. Priscilla most enjoys the dental field because of how much she cares for our patients. She loves being a part of their emotional journey as they come into the office in pain and leave with instant gratification. In her spare time, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on Penn State. She is most proud of the time she is able to give back to the community volunteering for things such as Girl Scouts, Smiles for Heroes, and many more!
